Hair Extension Consultations 

We receive lots of messages asking for a cost on hair extensions. To be able to give an exact cost and price on your extensions we would always need to see you for a consultation. 

 

The consultation is one of the most important stages for having extensions fit. 

 

There are many reasons for why consultations are so important;

 

- One size doesn’t fit all. Everyone’s hair is different, it may be a different length, different thickness, or may have different hairlines, therefore each client will require different amounts of hair, and certain methods are only suitable for certain hair types.  It’s very hard to specify this, without seeing you for a consultation. 

 

- Certain lengths will look completely different on different people. For example, 20” on someone with a small torso/body will be much longer than on someone who is taller, who would therefore require a longer length to achieve the desired look. 

 

- We will ask some detailed questions about your lifestyle and your day to day haircare regime to ensure we advise on the correct method tailored specific to you. For example for someone who has greasy hair, or is very active and exercises a lot, certain methods will not be suited. Or for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time for their hair, or if it sheds a lot. There are many different factors which can effect the choice of methods in fitting extensions. This is why we need to run a detailed consultation. 

 

 

We are currently working on a 4-6 week wait for the fitting from the date of consultation. However on some occasions we can fit you in earlier, so don’t hesitate to ask. We always do what we can to be as flexible as possible.

 

Each consultation is charged at £10 per appointment and is 15 minutes long. Within this time we can discuss colours, textures of hair, grades of hair, budget, maintenance, how you’ll need to look after your extensions along with the initial cost and your upkeep costs. If you wish to go ahead and book for your fitting at the consultation we require a £200 deposit, the remaining balance is then paid on the day of the fitting.
